The hotel offers nice, comfy, and cozy rooms with great service staff. However, there are a few things that have been damaged. The presence of 2 bathrooms including a jacuzzi is a plus point but also needs attention to maintenance.

The hotel provided a free dinner and free breakfast, but the rooms were not family-oriented and felt dated. The cleanliness was questionable with old chewing gum found in the toilet.

The hotel had a nice and comfortable bed in the rooms, and the staff, including Waleed, Yea, and the team on duty at 3 am on Oct 8th, were excellent and very friendly. The location was great, next to a metro station and Deira city center mall. However, the dining experience was not good due to limited options, and the hotel room wasn't ready even by 3:30 pm.
